Hi Ben,
Good to hear from the trust again, and yes, we can help. I'd suggest we start with a discovery call with you and Aroha to understand where the board is at.
From there I would recommend stakeholder interviews with trustees, funders and a few of your resident artists, so the strategy is grounded in what they think. We would report back to the board before any strategy work begins.
