Governance help for the trust?

Hi Liv,
Aroha suggested I get in touch. Our board has grown from five to eight trustees in a year and we think our governance needs a proper look: who decides what, the delegations to me as GM, and how the board runs its meetings.
Once that is settled we would also like help with a strategy for the next few years. Is this something you could take on before the end of the year?
