Connect your Claude to this prototype and try a mock test. In this demo nothing is sent and nothing touches your own systems.
In the Claude Desktop app or on claude.ai.
Your secret link
https://<this app>/api/mcp/c/<secret link from Geoff>
Geoff sends you the secret link. Open this page from that link and it appears here, ready to copy.
Set MCP_DEMO_TOKEN in your shell first (Geoff shares it separately), then run:
Add to Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http egerton-hub https://egerton.emertech.nz/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer $MCP_DEMO_TOKEN"
Once the connector is on, copy this and say it to Claude.
Say this to Claude
Use the Egerton-hub connector. It is a prototype practice app that Geoff built for me. Start with its get_overview tool, then do a mock test: imagine I have just had a phone call with a new potential client, James Harrington, james@harrington.example. He wants me to quote for about 20 hours of governance work over the next few months. Create the inquiry and a draft quote, give me the link to view it, and tell me what I can do next. This is a demo with invented data, so nothing is sent and nothing touches my real systems.
15 tools, all working on the invented demo data.
See how the week looks: the pipeline by stage, active projects, your tasks due this week and the latest activity.
get_overview
List the potential work in the pipeline, with stage, value and next step.
list_opportunities
Open one opportunity with its client, emails, meetings, quotes and tasks.
get_opportunity
Add a new inquiry after a phone call or a chat, creating the client if they are new.

list_emails
Turn an email in the pretend inbox into a new inquiry.

get_weekly_focus
What the full version can do: The full version can connect to your email and calendar, draft and send messages, and work with your real files.
Claude is given these instructions when it connects. The file is there if you want to attach it to a chat.
