Proposal: Community facility business case
Context
Moonlight Terrace Estates has asked Egerton Consulting to help with Community facility business case. This proposal sets out how we would run the work, what you will receive and what it will cost.
What you asked for
Moonlight Terrace has land set aside for a community facility and needs a business case to put to council. Rebecca wants to know what the community will use, what it will cost to run and who could operate it. A resident survey is expected to be part of the evidence.
Our approach
We start with a kick-off workshop to agree the questions that matter, then gather evidence from the people closest to the work before drafting anything. Drafts are tested with you early, so the final document reflects decisions you have already made rather than surprises.
Olivia Egerton leads the engagement and is your day-to-day contact.
