Decision: Build the strategy around three themes: visitor flow, operator capability and community licence. Agreed: Run operator workshops in town and in two outlying areas. Action: Liv to send a revised scope to Nikau next week. Action: Nikau to share the member list by Friday. Next meeting: Scope sign-off with the Alliance board in November.
